REQUIRED INFO
  • The attachment serial number.
  • Clear informative pictures of the damage to the attachment, part, or showing the failure.
  • Sales receipt showing end user’s purchase date or receipt showing first date the unit was rented.
PROCESS
  • Register the Warranty Claim with the form on this page or contact CMP Attachments to request a Warranty Claim Form.
  • Once the Warranty Claim Form is received (with pictures if applicable) CMP Attachments will evaluate for return. RMA number will be assigned if defective parts need to be returned for warranty consideration. Defective parts to be returned by prepaid ground freight.
  • Replacement parts sent prepaid ground freight and invoiced. If ground freight is not sufficient dealer pays the difference between ground and upgraded shipping service.
  • Upon inspection and approval, account will be credited for the defective part, freight, and agreed labor costs.

CMP Attachments, LLC 1 Year Limited Warranty

At CMP Attachments, LLC, we stand by our products and our service. CMP Attachments, LLC products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year (12 months) from the end user’s date of purchase. A sales receipt, granted only to the original purchaser with serial number, is required for warranty consideration. All claims must be pre-approved by authorized CMP employee prior to performing any repairs.

This warranty is void on products and components that have been modified or repaired without the prior consent of CMP Attachments, LLC. This includes disassembling motors, bearing adapters, cylinders, etc.

CMP Attachments, LLC does not warranty damage to the machine, surrounding environment, abuse, misuse, failure to maintain, accidents, negligence, or use of the attachment on machines.

Any damages or malfunctions caused by negligence, damages caused by unauthorized service, or the use of other than CMP Attachments, LLC parts are not covered.

Warranty does not apply to the wearable parts that require replacement under intended use, such as bearings, wheels, tines, motors, cylinders, hoses, o-rings, pin holes, wear edges, cutting teeth, etc.

Claims are limited to replacement parts and agreed labor amount prior to repair. This warranty does not cover service mileage, downtime, rental fees, or replacement of the attachment.

STANDARD ONE YEAR MANUFACTURER WARRANTY:

The manufacturer warranties this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under intended use and conditions, for a period of one year (12 months) from the original invoice date. Shipping, handling, and mileage costs are to be paid for by the customer. Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the model number on original dated sales receipt.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS:

This warranty does not include:

  • Any condition resulting from other than ordinary wear or use for which the product was not intended.
  • Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage.
  • Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse.
  • Expected wear and tear under intended use.
  • Damages incurred during transportation.
  • Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance.

 

CLAIM PROCEDURES:

  • Claims for defective attachment must be made within one year (12 months) from invoice date.
  • Claims for missing parts must be made within 60 calendar days after the merchandise is received.
  • We reserve the right to specify that items be returned to the original factory for inspection at the expense of the claimant.
  • Photo or video evidence is required to claim defective merchandise, along with a copy of the original invoice.
  • If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced or a credit will be issued. It is our policy to replace parts whenever possible.
  • Receipts of completed work must be submitted within 30 days of completed repairs to CMP Attachments, LLC.
