SUBMIT YOUR WARRANTY CLAIM

CLAIM PROCEDURES AND REMEDIES:

Claims under this Limited Warranty must be submitted to CMP in writing within one year (12 months) from the date of Purchaser’s initial purchase of the Product.
CMP reserves the right to specify that items be returned to the original factory for inspection at the expense of the Purchaser.
Clear, informative photo and/or video evidence explicitly showing the damage or failure of the part and a brief, written description of the failure of the part is required to submit a claim under this Limited Warranty, along with a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt showing the product serial number.
Once the warranty claim form is completed and received by CMP, CMP will evaluate for processing.
If the claim is determined to be valid by CMP, CMP may elect in its sole discretion to repair or replace the item(s) or part(s), or issue a credit to Purchaser. It is our policy to replace parts whenever reasonably possible. This repair, replacement, or credit, as selected by CMP, is Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy.
In the event CMP approves of a repair or replacement to be performed by a third party, Purchaser must retain the receipt for such work and submit it to CMP within 30 days of completion of such work for reimbursement.

This Limited Warranty is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota. No customer, distributor, sales person, dealer, retailer, or representative of CMP has the authority to alter or change this Limited Warranty either orally or in writing. There are no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose or any other warranties beyond the warranty expressly set forth herein. In no event whatsoever will CMP be liable for consequential, special, punitive, or similar damages, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable. Failure to comply with any manual or other instructions or guidelines provided by CMP or the procedures and terms and conditions set forth herein will invalidate this Limited Warranty.

At CMP Attachments, LLC (“CMP”), we stand by our products and our service.

Subject to the terms herein, CMP products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year (12 months) from the original end user’s (“Purchaser”) date of purchase under intended use and conditions (“Limited Warranty”).

Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, any claim for entirely missing or incorrect parts upon delivery must be made within 60
calendar days of the date the product is delivered to Purchaser.

This Limited Warranty:

Is non-transferrable and non-assignable and valid only for the original Purchaser.
Is void on products and components that have been modified or repaired without the prior written consent of CMP, including without limitation disassembling motors, bearing adapters, cylinders, etc.
Does not cover defects, malfunction, or damage to or from a product caused in whole or in part by omissions, neglect, abuse, misuse, modification of the product, unauthorized service, repair or maintenance, or an unsuitable environment.
Does not apply to wearable or other parts that require replacement under intended use or normal wear and tear, such as bearings, wheels, tines, motors, cylinders, hoses, O-rings, pin holes, wear edges, cutting teeth, etc.
Does not cover service mileage, downtime, rental fees, or any consequential or other damages, costs or expenses. Shipping, handling, and mileage costs are to be paid by the Purchaser.
Is in lieu of all other warranties, written or oral, express or implied, statutory or otherwise.
Is the exclusive remedy available to Purchaser and in lieu of all other remedies that may otherwise be available to Purchaser at law or equity.

ADDITIONAL WARRANTY LIMITATIONS:

This Limited Warranty does not include:

Any condition resulting from other than ordinary wear or use for which the product was
not intended.
Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care.
Any condition resulting from a failure to properly abide by any manual or other
instructions or guidelines provided by CMP.
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents or shipping damage.
Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse.
Expected wear and tear under intended use.
Damages incurred during transportation.
Damages incurred during assembly, repair or maintenance.
